NOTE: It is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30-45 minutes before meals (taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effect). Taking a product that contains ephedrine will also diminish the effects of Nitrix it is recommended to take it everyday, and consume 120oz of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates.
